We are privileged to have Tom Taylor of Buro Four running this two-day course for us: a designer friendly project manager!
Tom learnt the value of good deign working for ten years with Arup Associates, where he developed his career-long interest in the management of the design process. He went on to found Buro Four, a firm of project managers that believes strongly that architects should lead, organise and manage the design team.
Tom has developed this course to help make this happen.
It runs over two days and covers the key elements of project leadership. It is a must for architects who are stepping up to lead larger projects.
