The five shortlisted teams have submitted their design approaches to the Jury Panel....
A wonderful Christmas present for the British Museum Jury Panel - five amazing approaches to the one-in-a-life-time challenge of redesigning the Western Range at the British Museum.
This will be the Museum’s biggest building project since the 1820s, when work commenced on the original quadrangle.
Remembering that this is a competition to find the most visionary and appropriate architect-led team, the teams have submitted their design approaches, which are now on display in the Round Reading Room at the Museum. Members of the public are invited to leave comments about which team they feel is best suited to this important role.
