Matt is a business culture and people specialist, skilled in training, facilitation and coaching. He is co-host of an Apple #1 Business Podcast ‘Eat Sleep Work Repeat’ where he discusses current workplace culture trends and interviews leading experts. His own expertise lies in helping people realise their potential and supporting organisations to design the right environment, systems and mindsets to enable this growth.
As an experienced facilitator, Matt regularly leads workshops on topics across communication, team dynamics, management and leadership. His clients value his ability to create a safe and supportive space for them to explore and work through the complexities of leading and inspiring teams of creative people.
As well as training, Matt is valued for his coaching skills, which centre around the practice of Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and Immunity to Change (ITC), helping individuals and groups communicate effectively and compassionately, and so handle challenging situations through sustained behaviour change.
Matt brings to the table experiences and stories from many walks of life which he is now using to enrich the worlds of Architecture and Engineering, as he adapts to the very specific needs of Colander’s clients.
