Eleven years ago, The Equilibrium Network (EQN) set out to challenge the built environment to do better on gender equality. That mission is as urgent as ever.
We've spent a decade asking an uncomfortable question: why does our industry still lose women before they reach the top — and what are we prepared to do about it?
Through events, research and practical toolkits, we've built a cross-disciplinary community of architects, engineers, contractors, planners, surveyors and clients working at every level of the industry. This summer, we're bringing that community together.
Come for the networking and the rooftop views. Stay for the conversation about what comes next.
Whether you are a long-time supporter of EQN or are joining us for the first time, we'd love to see you there. As a volunteer-led not-for-profit, the evening is also a chance to hear how you or your organisation can support our work going forward.
