This half-day course has been through many iterations over the years, as procurement processes have become ever more onerous. In these hugely competitive times, it is not surprising that it continues to draw an enthusiastic audience.
Who is this course for?
This course is designed for anyone with responsibility for creating submission documents in response to client requests for expressions of interest.
Course format
Caroline Cole delivers this course. She has written successful submission documents for designers, architects and developers alike but it is her extensive experience of assessing submission documents on behalf of client organisations that makes this course unique.
The course helps delegates navigate through the minefield that is public sector procurement and create documents that score highly on the background questions. This then allows the team to focus on 'the interesting bit' and create presentations that appeal to individual clients and their specific project requirements.
In keeping with the Colander philosophy, this is an intensely practical course, using an interactive workshop style and drawing on case study examples to ensure that the teaching can be applied to real live projects.
A comprehensive bound set of course notes will be provided.
