Given the right environment, creativity and high performance can flourish. Establishing clear boundaries helps set the tone for working relationships, defining expectations, and supporting smoother communication, all of which create a more positive and productive working environment.
Who this session is for
This course is designed for delegates from the same organisation.
It is aimed at practices that want to empower their people to take ownership of the way they work and create conditions that support high performance and creativity. It is particularly suitable for individuals leading projects, collaborating with teams, or seeking practical strategies to manage expectations and boundaries effectively.
It is equally suited to individuals at any stages in their careers, and it can be tailored to suit groups of senior or more junior delegates as required.
We recommend that the number of delegates is limited to between eight and 12. This is so that we can engage with everyone and pick up questions.
